How We Handle New Enquiries
When you contact Co Studio, your message goes directly to a senior advisor — not a customer service inbox or a scheduling bot. We read every enquiry carefully and respond personally, typically within one business day. If what you describe falls within our area of competence, we will suggest a brief introductory call to understand your situation better before recommending any further steps. If it does not, we will say so and, where possible, suggest who might be better placed to help. There is no obligation at any stage of this initial exchange.

Meetings typically last ninety minutes for an initial engagement; follow-up sessions are usually shorter.

Is there a minimum asset level to work with Co Studio?
We do not publish a formal minimum, but our advisory model is most appropriate for individuals and families with net assets above approximately 500,000 lei. Below that level, the cost of a thorough engagement may not be proportionate to the benefit. We will always tell you honestly in the initial call if this is the case.
Can we meet outside Cluj-Napoca?
Yes. For clients based in Bucharest, Timișoara, or other major Romanian cities, we are happy to travel for an initial engagement meeting. Ongoing advisory can typically be conducted via secure video call after the initial in-person phase is complete. Travel costs for client meetings are billed at cost with no markup.
How do you protect client confidentiality?
All client information is held under strict professional confidentiality obligations that exceed the statutory minimum. We do not discuss client affairs with third parties without explicit written instruction. Documents are stored on encrypted systems and our office premises are not shared with any other firm. Co Studio is registered with and supervised by the relevant Romanian regulatory authorities.
