Co Studio is deliberately small. We believe that the quality of capital protection advisory deteriorates sharply as team size grows beyond the point where every advisor knows every client. Every person listed below has worked on complex preservation engagements across multiple market cycles. There are no junior analysts passing work up a chain. When you speak with someone at Co Studio, you are speaking with the person who will design and oversee your strategy from the first meeting to the annual review. Mihai spent twelve years in structured finance at a Vienna-based bank before returning to Cluj-Napoca to establish Co Studio in 2015. He leads engagements involving business-sale structuring, insurance wrappers, and multi-jurisdiction holding design. He holds a postgraduate qualification in fiduciary practice from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
Ioana joined Co Studio in 2017 following eight years as a legal counsel specialising in inheritance and succession law at a Bucharest firm. She leads the family governance practice and oversees all succession-related structuring work. Her legal background means our governance documents meet a standard of precision that pure finance advisors rarely achieve.
Radu holds a doctorate in quantitative finance from the Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca and joined Co Studio in 2019. He designs the risk models that underpin every Risk Map we produce, and is responsible for the stress-testing methodology we apply to concentration and currency exposures. His work makes our advisory conclusions empirically defensible.
Dana ensures that every engagement runs smoothly from scheduling through to final document delivery. She has been with Co Studio since 2016 and is the first point of contact for new client enquiries. Her discretion and attention to detail set the tone for how we operate — quietly, precisely, and always on time.

At Co Studio, three commitments shape every decision: we accept only as many clients as we can serve with genuine depth; we disclose every conflict of interest in writing before an engagement begins; and we tell clients when we cannot help them rather than taking a fee for work that falls outside our competence.
